What data we process and why

This website has no forms and does not store data on its own servers. If you write to us by WhatsApp, phone or Instagram, we process the data you give us (name, phone number and booking details) to handle your enquiry and manage your booking, and for the resulting administrative and tax management.

Legal basis

Performance of your request or booking and, where applicable, your consent. We will only send you commercial communications if you have consented.

Recipients

We do not share your data except where legally required. We use providers acting as data processors (for example, the ticketing and booking platform we link to, or WhatsApp, which is governed by its own policy). When you buy on an external platform, it will process your data under its own policy.

Retention

For as long as necessary to handle your request and, afterwards, for the applicable legal periods.

Your rights

You may exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability by writing to casadelascomedias@venacordoba.com. If you believe your rights have not been honoured, you may complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es).
